Consignment Details

No need to worry- we do all of the work for you! Our 30% consignment fee upon sale includes: professional evaluation using current market trends and history, detailed images and descriptions of your item, authentication, customer service, post-sale contact with buyers if applicable, packaging, shipping, and Customs documentation completion if necessary. If your item doesn’t sell- you pay absolutely nothing! Top

How Do I Consign My Bags?

To initiate the consignment process, please send an email to sales@constylement.com with a brief description of your item(s) along with digital photographs if possible. Photos must be current.

Please download our PDF Consignment Agreement , print it, fill it out and include it with your item(s).

Are my bags only going to be sold on your site?

 

Constylement.com reserves the right to choose the most appropriate venue for the sale of your item(s). We may sell it to a person on our waiting list or Wishlist, through our website, on Ebay.ca or Ebay.com, or any combination of the above. If item is listed on Ebay, you will not incur any additional fees or charges as all applicable listing and final value fees will be considered part of our consigning fee.

 

Layaway

 

We do offer a layaway program with 30% initial deposit and completion of payment within 60 days. Please email us to initiate a layaway request. If the layaway is cancelled, we will save the 30% deposit as store credit for future orders. Top

 

 

Payment Methods

 

You may pay for your purchase using a valid credit card or direct bank debit through Paypal (you will be directed to Paypal’s checkout automatically when completing your order). NO CREDIT CARD INFORMATION IS STORED ON OUR SITE. In addition, we accept International Money Orders (Pink) from the USA and postal orders from Canada. US Money Orders will not be accepted for orders totaling more than $150.00USD. Canadian buyers may also pay by Interac using InteracOnline (select this option at checkout). Top

 

Product Sourcing Service

 

At this time, the product sourcing service is unavailable- please email sales@constylement.com to start a free, no-obligation wishlist for those elusive products!  Top

 

Wishlist

 

Alternatively, you can ask to be placed on our wishlist. Just email us with “Wishlist” in the subject line. We will contact you if and when that particular item happens to arrive in our store. We will not attempt to source your item with a wishlist request; therefore, there is no finder’s fee associated with a wishlist product notification. Top

 

If I use your Wishlist or Product Sourcing Service, do I have to pay upfront?

There is no charge for asking us to put you on a wishlist for a specific item. If and when that item comes into our store for sale, we will notify you and give you first right of refusal. Items found through our Product Sourcing Service come with a $100 Finder's Fee added into the purchase price of the item, and purchase price must be paid upfront before we procure the item for you. Photos of the item will be sent to you to decide whether the item meets your criteria. If upon receiving the sourced item, you wish to return it for any reason, you can do so for a full merchandise credit less shipping charges.

Return Policy

We want you to be thrilled with your purchase! If you receive your item and aren’t absolutely thrilled, please contact sales@constylement.com  for a Return Authorization Number. No returns will be processed or accepted without a valid RAN. You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item if you wish to return it, and returns must be received within 7 days of issuing a RAN.   ALL security tags, protective wrapping, designer tags or cards, dust bags, and security labels must be intact.

Returns accepted for store merchandise credit only. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Sales Tax

Constylement.com charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site only within Canada. PST of 8% applies in Ontario and GST of 5% applies in Ontario and throughout the rest of Canada. All international orders are subject to any applicable taxes, duty, charges or tariffs for goods crossing the border.  Top

Shipping Costs:

Constylement.com charges a flat rate of $25.00 anywhere in North America which includes packaging, Customs documentation if necessary, shipping and full insurance. International locations will be charged a flat rate of $75 for Expresspost shipping with full tracking and insurance. We reserve the right to request additonal amounts should shipping charges end up being higher to your location than our standard quoted cost.

Shipping and Delivery

At this time, Constylement.com ships merchandise to North America and select international locations.  Please email us at sales@constylement.com if you reside outside of North America for a shipping quote.

The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. An "Order Completed" email is always sent to the customer with full tracking information as proof of shipment. Should delivery problems arise, we are happy to work with you in filing a claim against the carrier that caused the loss or damage.  Top

Warranties

All merchandise is guaranteed to arrive as described and in fully functional condition unless otherwise stated.  Top
